Buying land and building from scratch is the only way to get exactly what you want, exactly where you want it. It is also where international buyers most often lose money: irregular permits, restricted building areas, unmapped easements, and contractors who quote in optimism and bill in surprises.

Custom Build is our end-to-end advisory for clients who want to acquire land and build on it. We source plots both on and off market, verify what is actually buildable against the PDM and licensing reality, and coordinate the architect, engineers, and contractor through to keys. One mandate, one point of contact, your interests only.

We are not architects, builders, or developers. We hold no margin in the construction. Our work is to protect your project from the moment you start looking at land through the day the house is handed over.

Title, encumbrances, access rights, utility connections. CPCV and escritura reviewed before signature.

We introduce architects from our partner network and translate your brief into a project that meets local code and your life.

Câmara Municipal submission, engineering specialities, and approval coordination through to the licença de construção.

Contractor selection & oversight

Tender, comparative analysis, contract review, and ongoing site oversight against the agreed scope, budget, and timeline.
