Madeira Compass is an independent acquisition and relocation advisory in Madeira. We support international clients with property acquisition strategy, buildable land analysis, custom construction projects, and the full relocation process — NIF, banking, residency, and local integration. We are not a real estate agency. We act exclusively as independent advisors for buyers seeking a structured, non-transactional approach.
Born in Madeira, I have spent my career guiding international investors through every stage of their property projects on the island — from acquisition to construction and rental operations. I act as the single point of contact between my clients and the full network of local professionals: lawyers, notaries, architects, tax advisers, estate agents, contractors and public administrations. My role is to coordinate, protect and deliver.
My family has been part of Madeira's economic fabric for generations. I studied across several European universities and hold two masters in business — combining an international perspective with a first-hand understanding of how things actually work here.
I have been investing in Madeira's property market since an early age. That practical experience, built transaction by transaction, is what I bring to every mandate.
My objective is straightforward: to simplify and secure your investment in Madeira, and to protect you from the mistakes, poor practices and outright fraud that too often catch foreign buyers off guard.

Madeira Compass is not a real estate agency. We hold no AMI licence and take no commission from any vendor, developer, or institution. Our fee is paid by the client. Our loyalty is undivided.
I operate on an independent acquisition advisor model: retained by the client, fee-only, with no commission relationship with any seller, developer, or lending institution. I manage a curated network of partner professionals (lawyers, notaries, surveyors, architects, accountants) on your behalf, acting as your single point of contact across the full transaction lifecycle.
My partners are carefully chosen; relationships built over years of on-the-ground work in Madeira. They are not publicly named. The differentiation they offer is delivered through me, not around me. This protects the quality of your service and the confidentiality of your transaction.
Each engagement is handled personally. I do not operate as a volume business, and I do not take on more clients than I can serve well at any one time.
